Respondent no.1 has filed this application seeking release of Rs.2 lakh by pre-mature discharge of the FDRs.

Respondent no.1 is present in Court along with his mother and natural guardian.

The application is allowed and UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to release Rs.1 lakh out of the FDR of Rs.17 lakh prepared in terms of para 4(ii) of the order dated 21st February, 2018. The amount of Rs.1 lakh be transferred to the savings bank account No.06080110046210 of respondent no.1 with UCO Bank, Shahdara Branch, Delhi. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the order dated 21st February, 2018 has been complied with by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch and therefore, the date of 11th April, 2018 be cancelled. The date of 11th April, 2018 is cancelled.

This appeal has already been disposed of and need not be listed again. 6.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks release of the statutory

amount. The statutory amount be refunded back to the appellant. 7.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
