% 20.01.2017 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks mandamus to the respondent to dispose of the three complaints i.e. complaint dated 21.07.2014, 07.11.2014 and 20.11.2014 filed by the petitioner against respondent no. 2 expeditiously.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1 submits that in complaint dated 20.11.2014 arguments have been heard and orders have been reserved and other two complaints are being taken up for expeditious disposal.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 assures that the complaints would be disposed of within a period of three months W.P.(C) 5900/2016

from today.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 1 to expeditiously dispose of the complaints of the petitioner preferably within a period of three months from today. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J JANUARY 20, 2017 'rs'
