O R D E R

After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the impugned order whereby it directs 20% of the deposit of the impugned bill amount, that 20% will be substituted by 50% of the bill amount. Respondent/plaintiff will however get adjustment for any amount which the respondent/plaintiff has deposited towards this impugned theft bill for a sum of Rs.88,79,219/-.

Let the respondent/plaintiff deposit the amount in terms of the present order, subject to the adjustment of the amount already paid/deposited, within a period of three months from today in 1/3rd equal monthly instalments. On
payment of this amount by the respondent/plaintiff of 50% of the bill amount, within one week thereafter the appellant will re-energise the subject electricity connection in the premises of the respondent/plaintiff at 54-A/3/2, G.T.Road Industrial Area, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110095. 3.
The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid observations.

Trial court record be sent back so as to be available to the trial court before 12.9.2017, which is a date fixed before the concerned trial court. Dasti to counsels for the parties.
