% 24.10.2016 CM No.39294/2016 & W.P.(C) 13433/2009 The lis has been settled in terms of the compromise deed dated 17.10.2016 annexed to CM No.39294/2016, wherein an amount of Rs.9,50,000/- has been paid to the petitioner by way of a Demand Draft bearing No.292438 dated 15.10.2016 drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, St. Stephens Hospital, Delhi. The same has been received by the petitioner, who is present in person in Court. He has signed the aforesaid compromise deed dated 17.10.2016 as well as the application, which is also supported by his affidavit. As a proof of his identity, a photocopy of his Aadhar Card bearing No. 5279 4682 0402, which is duly signed and counter-signed by the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent is taken on record. Since the lis has been settled, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid compromise deed dated 17.10.2016 as having been settled. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
