After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly states that if the petitioner has any apprehension with respect to inclusion of Ms Harpreet Singh as a Chairman of the ICC, then notwithstanding that the same may be unfounded, change the constitution of the ICC by replacing Ms Singh with another eminent lady. 2.

In view of the above, Mr Ghose, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to urge all contentions in an appropriate forum including by way of filing a fresh petition. The application also stands disposed of.
