CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI

O R D E R

% 15.10.2018 The petitioner was aggrieved inter alia by the inaction of the police on his complaint i.e. registration of an FIR and appropriate action against the persons mentioned in the complaint. He seeks transfer of an investigation to some independent agency for adjudication of the case. Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel for GNCTD states, upon instructions, that in the interim an FIR has been registered and the Chargesheet has been filed against two accused, namely, Anita and Suman. Apropos the other accused, the application for anticipatory bail was dismissed. The said accused are absconding. Hence, PO proceedings have been initiated. He submits that contingent upon further developments Supplementary Chargesheet may well be filed.

In view of the above, no further orders are required. Accordingly, the

petition is dismissed with liberty to approach the Court, should the petitioner have any grievance later.
