% 28.01.2016 The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the functioning of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) has been finalized. Learned Amicus submits that the same is satisfactory. Counsel for the Government of NCT of Delhi submits that these have been issued. To facilitate the resolution of any difficulty experienced in the working of the SOP, the Government of NCT of Delhi shall ensure suitable and effective mechanism. This would include placing the SOP online and also indicate the person or authority who can be approached, with suitable application/suggestions, that can be thereafter acted upon In view of the above orders, no further directions are called for. The writ petition stands disposed of.
