% 13.07.2016 The prayer made in petition is perused. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 on advance notice has put in appearance. He has instructions to inform this Court that the property in question i.e. the property no.D-104, D-Block, Vivek Vihar, Delhi has been booked under the provisions of DMC Act, 1957 and appropriate action is being taken accordance with law. Notice of unauthorized construction has already been served by them. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.1 nothing survives in this petition. The respondent no.1 shall be bound by their statement and shall take action as per law.
