In the status report is stated that on inspection of the property on 19.11.2015 deviations were noted and property was accordingly booked on 13.07.2016. Show cause notice was also issued. Further submission in the status report is that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken. This undertaking of the respondent is noted and taken on record.

Since none has appeared for the petitioner, petition is dismissed in default as also for non-prosecution.
