W.P.(Crl.) No.2069/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.388/2015 under Sections 376/366/328/323 IPC registered at PS Bhalswa Dairy on the complaint of respondent No.2 on the ground that parties have settled the matter.

In view of the serious allegations in the FIR in question and offence under Section 376 IPC being invoked, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
