% 12.10.2017 The Learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 07.12.2011 the insurer was directed to deposit the awarded amount with up to date interest with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court branch within the period specified in the shape of fixed deposit receipt. By the order of 30.04.2012, fifty percent (50%) of the said deposited amount was allowed to be released. The balance shall also now be released to the claimants in terms of the impugned judgment.

Statutory amount shall be refunded.
