O R D E R

% 29.01.2019 The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through Mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 21st January, 2019, which is on record.

The suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fee. Since the matter has been resolved through Mediation, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate to the plaintiff for refund of the entire Court fee under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.
