O R D E R

% 02.08.2016 The abovementioned petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is stated in the petition that by order dated 31st May, 2016 the Arbitrator has given permission to the petitioner to summon the witnesses mentioned in the list of witnesses filed before him. The details of the said witnesses to be summoned are mentioned in para 4 of the petition. Notice of this petition was issued to the respondents. Learned counsel appearing on their behalf submits that without prejudice, the respondents have no objection if the prayer made in the present petition is allowed. The next date of hearing before the Arbitrator has been fixed for 9th August, 2016.

In view of the averments made in the petition and no objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondent, the prayer made in the present petition is allowed.

The Registry would issue summons to the said witnesses, the details of whom are mentioned in para 4 of the petition, to appear before the Arbitrator at the venue of Arbitration, on 9th August, 2016 the date already fixed.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
