Vide order dated 03.08.2016, the petitioner was granted three weeks parole from the date of release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. The petitioner could not furnish the required surety due to his poor economic condition and has remained in custody since then. (2) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the surety W.P.(CRL) 2272/2016

amount is reduced from `40,000/- to `25,000/-. The other terms and conditions of the said order are left undisturbed. (3) The application stands disposed of.
