% 11.03.2019 Photographs annexed to the petition are of 06.07.2018. However, the status quo order was passed on 22.12.2017. The petition does not show the status of the construction on the day, the order was passed. Therefore, the reference to breach of the order on the subsequent date is not made out from the record.

The learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that status quo has been maintained and there is no construction going-on at the site as of now and no roof has been laid on the walls.

Mr. Vimal Goyal, the learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 states that indeed status quo is being maintained and there is complete stoppage of work at the site. Furthermore, the matter is under examination before the Appellate Tribunal for MCD.

Let status quo be maintained by the parties. Till further orders no further construction shall be carried out without due permission from the appropriate judicial forum.

The petitioner is free to take photographs of the property in a week from today and supply a coloured copy of the same to the respondents. In view of the above, the petition is not pressed. It is disposed-off accordingly.
