% 06.09.2016 By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for grant of parole for three months on the ground to arrange finance for his family and also to re-establish social ties with his family members.

It is alleged that petitioner is the only male member in the family to take care of his family and his younger brothers are yet to get settled. Wife of the petitioner is illiterate and is not well versed with the worldly ways.

Petitioner has given two addresses in the petition; one address of Village Deena Pur, Tehsil Atroli, District Aligarh, U.P. and the other

address given by him is House No. 34, Gali No. 4, Shakarpur Khas, Delhi - 110092.

Both these addresses have been verified by the respondent/State. None of the family members of the petitioner was found living at those addresses.

Statements of Om Pal Singh Yadav, Village Pradhan and another resident Satender Yadav of Village Deena Pur, Tehsil Atroli, District Aligarh, U.P., have been recorded, wherein they have stated that parents of the petitioner had expired, brothers of petitioner, namely, Amar Pal, Mohar Pal and his wife are residing somewhere in Delhi. When the police official went to second address of the petitioner, Amar Pal and Mohar Pal and Seema, wife of petitioner were not found residing at the said address.

One Kunwar Pal met and stated that petitioner was son of his maternal uncle. But he failed to give addresses of Amar Pal, Mohar Pal and Seema.

He vaguely stated that they were residing somewhere in Noida. Since addresses of the petitioner, where his family, that is, brothers and his wife are residing, have not been verified, present petition is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
