The learned counsel for the applicant/decree holder submits that the possession of the premises in question having been handed over, pursuant to the process issued by the court, orders/decree (limited to that extent) as finally rendered by the order dated 24.05.2016 of the Division Bench in RFA (OS) No.123/2015 stands satisfied.

The last order dated 17.10.2016 of the Joint Registrar indicates that the goods lying in the suit premises were handed over to the judgment debtors on superdari.

But, there is no application made by the judgment debtors or any other quarter in that regard.

These proceedings are thus closed.
