Learned counsel for the respondents takes an objection to the maintainability of the present petition on the ground that the petitioner has not approached the respondent/BSF for seeking relief before filing the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to submit a substantive representation to the respondent/BSF, ventilating his grievances.

In the event, the petitioner submits a representation to the respondent/BSF, the same shall be considered and a speaking order W.P.(C) 7382/2018
shall be passed in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt thereof. The decision taken by the respondent shall be communicated to the petitioner. If the grievance of the petitioner still survives, he shall be entitled to seek legal recourse, as may be advised.
