The appellant, who is present in person and is duly identified by the IO, submits that having completed his entire substantive sentence as well as the default sentence, and having understood the consequences, he does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. The appellant has handed over his gate-pass, which is taken on record. As per the nominal roll placed on record, the appellant has completed his substantive sentence as well as sentence in default of payment of fine.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal stands disposed of as not pressed.
