As per letter dated 07.11.2022, received from Superintendent Jail, Central Jail No. 2, Tihar, appellant Rakesh S/o Rameshwar has already been released from Central Jail on 03.11.2022, after completion of his sentence. Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from appellant, submits that appellant is no more interested in pursuing the present appeal and may be permitted to withdraw the same.

Appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Personal / surety bond, if any furnished by appellant, stand discharged.
