% 29.11.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in terms of the decision of the NRC in the meeting held between 18th to 20th October, 2016, the petitioner-College had already submitted an affidavit to the Regional Director, NRC vide its letter dated November 4, 2016. A copy of the same has been handed over to Mr. Kishan Nautiyal learned counsel appearing for the respondents, who states that the said affidavit shall be considered by the NRC in its next meeting. The said statement is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid submission of Mr. Nautiyal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.
