O R D E R

% 09.01.2019 The petitioner had joined investigations and undertakes to do so on every occasion when he is so called by the police. In view of the above, the interim protection granted by this Court on 31.07.2018 is confirmed. Consequently, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 06/2018, registered under Sections 307/120-B/34 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Jagatpuri, New Delhi, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigations as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) he shall make no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the complainant or her relatives or close associates;

(iii) he shall furnish his mobile phone number to the police, which shall be operational at all times, so that the police could contact him; (iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

Any observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.

The petition is disposed-off.

A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
