% 11.08.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to take care of his wife, who has undergone surgery and also for taking care of his minor children. It is noted that petitioner has already availed parole for four weeks from 15th May, 2016 to 16th June, 2016. Wife of the petitioner was operated two months ago.
She was operated on 17th June, 2016 for gall bladder stones and was discharged on very next day, that is, 18th June, 2016. It is stated in the status report that petitioner's wife has recovered from the post operative trauma.
Writ petition is dismissed.
