% 17.11.2016 The Applications being IA 865-868/2016 were disposed of by the order dated 14.07.2016. The present suit was disposed of in the year 2009. The order passed on 14.07.2016 erroneously directed listing of the suit, CS (OS) 2402/2008, and IA No. 2414/2014 today. Since the suit had already been disposed of, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.

The last paragraph of the order dated 14.07.2016 is rectified by deleting last paragraph directing that suit and IA 2414/2014 be listed for hearing today.
