O R D E R

% 17.02.2016 The present second appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree of the Trial Court as also the First Appellate Court whereby the misuse, subletting and low power factor charges to the tune of Rs.13 lakhs and odd which were levied on the appellant were sustained. This Court has been informed that there has been a settlement between the parties and the amount has already been paid after negotiations. Mr. Nitin Mehta, Advocate junior to Dr. Alok Lakhanpal, Advocate seeks permission, in that event, to withdraw this appeal as the matter stands settled and the dues have already been paid.

The aforesaid fact is confirmed by the learned counsel for the respondent i.e. NDPL.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
