Learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice. By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed that respondents be directed to expedite the investigations in the FIR No. 412/2014 registered at Police Station IGI Airport, New Delhi. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that investigations are at advanced stage and report from the Austrian Embassy is awaited and immediately thereafter final report will be filed.

In view of this statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel, writ

petition is disposed of. Respondents shall remain bound by the statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel.
