% 24.07.2018 CM 29167/2018 & 29319/2018 (Exemption) Applications are allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(C) 7624/2018 & CM 29166/2018 (Stay) The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: I.

Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing, striking down or setting aside the impugned letter No.CS-SDC/149/2018 dated 12.03.2018 and letter no.CS-SDC/124/2018/974 dated 19.04.2018 issued by the 2nd Respondent to the 3rd Respondent.

Direct the Respondent Authorities to treat the impugned letter as null and void and restore the pay that had been awarded to the Petitioner originally.

The case of the petitioner is that his salary was fixed vide letter dated 28.01.2004 vide which the pay of the petitioner was fixed on completion of five years in the earlier scale and thereafter some of the persons aggrieved approached the High Court in which the respondents were asked to consider their fixation of pay and subsequently vide letter dated 12.03.2018, it was directed to refix the pay, against which a representation was filed and the same was rejected on 19.04.2018 without passing any detailed consideration and mentioning without any reason.

In the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file fresh detailed representation which would be decided within 30 days from the date of making the representation by passing a detailed reasons and speaking order. It is made clear that if the petitioner would be still dis-satisfied with the order, he would be at liberty to approach the Court.
