The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.011756/2016 registered under Section 379 IPC at PS e-Police Station - (M.V.Theft) Crime Branch. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.
Learned APP informs that the petitioner is in custody in two other cases.

Perusal of the file reveals that the petitioner was arrested in case FIR No.233/2016 registered under Sections 379/411 IPC at PS City Palwal, Haryana. He was released on bail in the said case. The vehicle recovered by the police of PS Palwal was found involved in the instant FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period already undergone by the petitioner in the connected FIR at BAIL APPLN. 1396/2016
City Palwal, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
