The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a.

Pass a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to provide access to the liquor vend situated at SHOP No.7, LSC AT SAFDARJUNG ENCLAVE, B-6 MARKET NEW DELHI.

b.

Direct the respondent no.2 to provide the security to the shop SHOP NO.7, LSC AT SAFDARJUNG ENCLAVE, B-6 MARKET NEW DELHI, to prevent possible damage to the shop owners and the customers. c.

Direct the police not to allow any protest immediately outside the petitioner shop and any such protest should

be held at least outside the 50 meter radius." 3.

The petitioner's grievance is that certain protestors are obstructing access to shop no.7, located in the Local Shopping Centre (LSC) at Safdurjung Enclave, B-6 Market, New Delhi.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the respondents shall consider the averments made in the present petition and ensure that no unlawful restriction is caused with regard to the access to the shop in question.

In view of the aforesaid statement, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of. The pending application also stands disposed of.
