% 24.01.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA states that the Principal Commissioner of DDA has held that owning of plot/property of 70 sq. mtrs. by the legal representative will not be any hindrance to allotment of a flat to the legal representatives.

Learned counsel for the respondent-DDA assures this Court that the petitioner shall be allotted a flat in a mini draw within eight weeks. He also assures and undertakes to this Court that the petitioner shall be charged the rate in accordance with the extant policy of the DDA. The statements and assurances given by learned counsel for respondent-DDA are accepted by this Court and the said respondent is held bound by the same.

In the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by the costing of the flat, he is given liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. With the aforesaid liberty, present petition and applications are disposed of. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 24, 2017 rn
