% 02.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent have considered the representation of the petitioner and has accordingly decided to grant another hearing to the petitioner to make submissions. Letter dated 26.07.02016 has been produced. The same is taken on record.

The letter records that the hearing shall be conducted on 28.07.2016. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that on the request of the petitioner the said hearing has been adjourned and is now scheduled to be held on 17.08.2016 at 3.30 PM. In view of the above the impugned order dated 07.06.2016 is set aside. The petitioner shall appear before the Special Committee on 17.08.2016 at 3.30 PM.

It is clarified that no further notice shall be W.P.(C) 5967/2016

required to be issued to the petitioner for the said hearing. The Special Committee shall conduct the hearing on 17.08.2016 or on such other date(s) as the Special Committee may deem fit and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
