The appellant is unrepresented. The last appearance recorded on behalf of the appellant was in the order dated 26.09.2023. The appeal was thereafter listed on 31.01.2024, when Court notice was issued to the appellant and her counsel.

The office reports that notice has been served upon the appellant through e-mail, and her counsel through WhatsApp. Ordinary service upon counsel has been refused, saying that the counsel is no more appearing in the matter. However, no application for discharge has been made nor other counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the appellant. 3.

In these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution.
