By an order dated 20.10.2016, it was proposed to appoint Justice V.K. Shali (Retired) as the Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes between the parties. Justice V.K. Shali (Retired) has since made the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. There is no objection to the said disclosure. 2.

Accordingly, Justice V.K. Shali (Retired) is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 3.

The petition is disposed of.
