O R D E R

% 01.08.2016 The present bail application has been preferred under Section 438 Cr PC in case FIR No.183/2016 dated 03.05.2016 under Section 186/353/308 IPC registered at PS Geeta Colony. The applicant, who is 19 years of age and is a student of law, is in custody between 03.05.2016 to 26.05.2016 and again from 28.06.2016 till date.

Learned APP states that the charge sheet has already been filed. The father of the applicant is present in court. He has expressed his regret for permitting his son to drive his vehicle without having a license.

He has given assurance and undertaking to the court that till his son obtains a valid driving license, he shall not be permitted to drive any vehicle. Subject to the applicant also furnishing an undertaking to the effect that he shall not drive any vehicle without obtaining a valid permanent driving license, the applicant is admitted to bail upon his furnishing a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant. The applicant shall not contact any of the prosecution witnesses, the complainant or try to influence them in any manner. The applicant shall surrender his passport, if any, before the Trial Court and shall not leave the country without prior permission from the court.

Petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
