% 20.12.2018 CM APPL. 54030/2018 in MAC.APP. 544/2016 Counsel for the appellant submits that he could not deposit the Awarded amount within the time prescribed by this Court vide judgment dated 20.07.2018 and prays that he be allowed to deposit the Awarded amount in terms of the said order. The prayer is allowed. The Awarded amount in terms of judgment dated 20.07.2018 be deposited within four weeks.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
