In the absence of DRAT functioning at Delhi, DRAT Kolkata has been vested with concurrent jurisdiction. The Presiding Officer, DRAT Kolkata has started holding sittings in Delhi from today and would continue to do so till August 12, 2016.

In that view of the matter the petitioners have an efficacious alternative remedy to challenge the impugned order dated April 06, 2016 passed by DRT-III, Delhi. We decline to entertain the writ petition. 3.

Needless to state, if the petitioners file an appeal against the impugned W.P.(C) 6682/2016

order before learned DRAT Delhi the same shall be decided by the Appellate Tribunal as per law.

The petition is dismissed as not maintainable. 5.

No costs.
