% 10.11.2016 Learned counsel for appellant submits that the relief sought in this appeal is already claimed in MAC.APP. 551/2016 and due to objection of the Registry, separate appeal was filed seeking setting aside of impugned Award of 7th May, 2016 vide which entire compensation amount has been awarded to respondent No.1-husband while denying it to appellants, who are parents of the deceased.

In the light of aforesaid, learned counsel for appellants does not press this appeal with permission to assail the grant of compensation to respondent No.1-husband in MAC.APP. 551/2016. This appeal and application are accordingly disposed of as not pressed, with liberty as aforesaid.
