1. This is a petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 („the Act‟) seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties.

2. With the consent of the parties Mr. H.S. Sharma, District & Sessions Judge, Delhi (Retd.) (Mobile No.9910384647) as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre („DAC‟). The fee of the learned Arbitrator will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Administrative Costs and Arbitrators‟ Fees) Rules.
