% 20.04.2018 Since the decision on the basis of which the present execution petition has been filed is pending challenge before the Division Bench in RFA(OS) No.27/2017, the present execution petition is disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to file a fresh execution petition after the Division Bench disposes of RFA No.27/2017. It is pertinent to mention that on the last three dates the matter had been adjourned to await the decision of the Division Bench. As the Division Bench is bound to take some time to decide the matter, the present order has been passed.
