O R D E R

% 18.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Compromise Deed dated 3rd June, 2016; therefore, FIR no. 1173/2014 under Sections 307/506/109/34 IPC registered at Police Station Gokal Puri on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Shailender Kumar, P.S. Gokal Puri.

Respondent no. 2 says that he has settled the matter of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

He has identified his signatures on Compromise Deed Annexure P-2 at point 'X'. Respondent no. 2 also admits having received

the settled amount of Rs.75,000/- from the petitioners. Respondent no. 2 submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR no. 1173/2014 under Sections 307/506/109/34 IPC registered at Police Station Gokal Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
