Present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner to seek furlough for a period of three weeks.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined file.
Nominal roll dated 28.03.2017 reflects that the petitioner on conviction under Section 376(2)(f) IPC has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life with fine `10,000/-. Crl.A.803/2013 to challenge the conviction has been dismissed by this Court on 30.07.2014. Nominal roll further reveals that two weeks parole w.e.f. 22.04.2015 to 05.05.2015 was granted to the petitioner by this Court. However, he jumped the bail and could be re-arrested on 01.09.2015 in case FIR No.1187/2015 registered at PS Vijay Vihar. In the said FIR under Section 224 IPC, he has been sentenced to undergo SI for one year on 11.05.2016.

Considering the previous conduct, no sufficient ground for grant of furlough. The petition is dismissed. S.P.GARG, J.
