% 12.09.2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.181/2018 under Sections 302/307/34 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act, registered at PS Mehrauli, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the bail application as the matter is pending before the learned Trial Court for arguments on charge with liberty to file a fresh bail application in case charge is framed.

Leave and liberty granted.

Bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
