% 13.07.2018 Ms. Anita Sahani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the GGSIPU/respondent states that the candidates including the petitioners, who were allotted a seat in any round but, did not pay part of the academic fees of INR 40,000/- in time, have been invited to participate in the process, in terms of the notification dated 13.07.2018, for admission to the B.Tech Course conducted by them.

On a perusal of the notification, a copy of which has been provided to her and in view of the statement made on behalf of the learned counsel for the GGSIPU, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage.

The petition is dismissed as not pressed. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
