3. This petition under Section 9 f the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks relief which impinges upon the shareholding pattern of Lakshmi Vatika Ltd. against which winding up proceedings are pending.

4. The Court fails to appreciate as to how during the pendency of the winding up proceedings, an order can be passed in the present petition which will have a bearing on the shareholding pattern of the said company.
