% 01.08.2017 C.M. No. 27343/2017 This is an application seeking certain directions. This writ petition had been disposed of on 05.08.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although this matter had been remanded back to the Appellate Tribunal way back on 05.08.2016, no action has been taken by the ATMCD. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although several hearings have taken place before the ATMCD but the appeal yet remain undecided. Last date of hearing was 25.05.2017; next date now fixed is 28.08.2017. Learned ATMCD will ensure that the appeal is disposed of expeditiously preferably on that date itself i.e. 28.08.2017 and if not on that date, within a very short span and not later than one month from the said

order. This order is being passed in view of the strict directions already passed by this Court on 05.08.2017.
