% 11.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief in terms of the prayer (a) of the petition has been granted by the University itself pursuant to order dated 15.07.2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that with regard to prayers (b) and (c), the petitioner was offered a seat in B.A. (Hons.) Hindi by respondent No.3 - S.G.T.B. Khalsa College, but, the petitioner did not accept the offer. They contend that the prayers of the petitioner have, thus, been satisfied.
