O R D E R

% 21.02.2018 Impugned order of 4th May, 2016 directs reinstatement of first respondent with back wages.

Vide order of 24th April, 2017, parties had sought reconciliation. Today, learned counsel(s) for the parties submit that an out of Court settlement has been arrived at between the parties. Learned senior counsel for petitioner submits on instructions that in lieu of reinstatement with back wages including statutory dues etc., a total compensation of `15,00,000/- would be paid to respondents within four weeks. This is acceptable to learned counsel for first respondent.

In view of the aforesaid, impugned order is set aside and this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of while taking on record the undertaking given on behalf of petitioner.
