CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN SINGH
O R D E R
% 28.03.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed the objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the impugned Award dated 7th August, 2013. The contention of the learned counsel for the respondent is that the challenge made by the petitioner is fully covered by the decision dated 17th December, 2014 given by a Single Judge of this Court, the appeal against which order was also dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court by judgment dated 10th March, 2015 passed in FAO(OS) No.93/2015. He has also informed that the Supreme Court has also dismissed the Special Leave Petition filed by the petitioner against the said order.
In view of the same, the present objections are accordingly dismissed. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
