% 01.12.2016 By an order dated 19.10.2016, it was proposed to appoint Mr Ravi Kant Chadha, Senior Advocate as the Sole Arbitrator. However, the appointment was deferred to obtain the necessary disclosure under Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Arbitrator has made the necessary disclosure.

Accordingly, Mr Ravi Kant Chadha, Senior Advocate is appointed as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The Arbitrator shall fix his fees with consultation of the parties. The parties are at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for fixing a preliminary hearing. The petition is disposed of.
