Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the "carpet weaving and processing plant" owned by the judgment debtor has been sold in a public auction by the customs authorities. In the light of this development, the decree holder proposes to work out it's remedies against the customs authorities and, therefore, does not wish to press the present petition.

The petition along with pending application is disposed of as not pressed.

It is, however, made clear that, it will be open for the petitioner to seeks its remedies, if any, in accordance with law REKHA PALLI, J FEBRUARY 04, 2020/sr
